Suppliers
Virtual PA aims to provide you with the best customer service possible and that is whether it is provided by us or by a supplier. We therefore ensure that we meet all our suppliers that we recommend, we try to understand what their strengths are and recommend them for work where we feel sure they will give as good a service as we do. We vet our suppliers by taking trade and client references and checking with any professional organisations and bodies that they belong to. We keep a copy of their insurance on file and act as a mediator should any problems arise. We pride ourselves on building relationships with our suppliers but our duty is to our clients and to act in their best interests. At the end of a job we ask you for feedback on the supplier that worked for you – we continue to monitor their service and quality of work.
Whilst we would prefer to recommend someone that we have a good working relationship with if you prefer to nominate your own supplier for a job we are happy to help organise that for you too.
The Keyholding Company
Become a member of Virtual PA and included in your membership, if you choose, is a monthly membership to The Keyholding Company. Your PA will liaise with The Keyholding Company, when necessary, for any household visits.
The Keyholding Company provides home security and essential home services. All services are based on providing access to your home or business by safeguarding a copy of your property keys.
Very simply, the services include:
• Security – Alarm Response, HouseChecks & Lostkey • Tradesmen – Tried and tested contractors whom they know and trust (e.g. plumbers, electricians etc). • Deliveries –Acceptance of deliveries on your behalf. • Miscellaneous Access – Access for an thing or anyone (e.g. relatives, friends or your own contractors).
